When we decided to get hardwood floors I was thinking of how nice they look and how easy they are to clean. Now that they boys are riding their bicycles and tricycles all around the floors have taken on a scratched, worn look and they are hardly ever clean. As Discover would say, cost of hardwood floors, thousands. Cost of a year-round race track......priceless.
but the floors still look beautiful! i'm so impressed they ride their bikes so well after just turning 2. jack is still trying to catch onto the pedalling thing at 2 1/2. perhaps if we had wood floors so he could practice inside :)
